It’s No Joke!
MOAS’ 50/50 April Fools Raffle
UPDATE: We sold 120 tickets, for a total of $12,000 raised - $6,000 going to the winner and $6,000 going to the shelter. And the winner is…..
Congratulations to our winner, and many thanks to everyone who participated to make this fundraiser such a success!
What could you do with $10,000? Take a trip? Buy a new car? Go on a shopping spree? Well, this could be your chance to find out! We’re selling 200 tickets (and only 200) from now until the morning of April 1st. If all tickets are sold, the winner of the drawing will receive $10,000 and the shelter will get to keep $10,000.
We can imagine a LOT of things that we’ll be able to do with $10,000 - invest in much-needed upgrades to our building and facilities, supplement our emergency medical expenses, and help us prepare for the 2019 kitten and puppy season. So we’re hoping you’ll help us save even more animals in 2019 by purchasing a ticket and spreading the word!
You can purchase your ticket(s) online by making a $100 donation online and putting “Raffle” in the comments section or you can purchase your ticket at the shelter. Know one of our board members or staff? We’re all competing to see who can sell the most tickets, so let one of us know. We’ll be happy to sell you a ticket! ;)
The drawing will be held on Monday, April 1st at Noon. We’ll broadcast the drawing on Facebook Live, and even though we’re typically closed on Monday’s, anyone who would like to view the drawing live is welcome to attend. We’ll be open for the raffle from 11:30am - 12:30pm!
Terms & Conditions:
Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be re-sold.
1 in 200 chance of winning $10,000 if all tickets are sold.
